There are some differences here from the traditional RWS meanings, but I find that I like that because this deck is completely liberated from the Christian influences that mean nothing to me The descriptions are poetic and beautiful, focusing mostly on the imagery and the story behind the specific scene on the card This allows the reader to draw their own conclusions about the card s meaning I like that, but it also means this book does not support reversed meanings, which I long to learn.

A great companion book to the amazing tarot deck of the same name I found it easy to follow and love that every cards got a full description of the feeling of the card Those stories really helped show what the true meaning of the card is and the cards do come alive while reading about them The only not so great thing with my edition is that some sentences are missing from the page, leaving me guessing what it was supposed to say happened only twice with the last sentence so not too bad

They could give detailed information about the meaning of cards since we can view their meaning in various ways But it s still a good book, very nice for beginners The illustrations are than amazing

Just as breathtaking as the tarot they come with.
